In the IU ERPsim Tournament of Champions, competing teams ran a simulated consumer goods company in SAP, making real-time decisions about inventory, pricing, logistics, and sustainability KPIs — under time pressure with live competition.
My role as Stock Manager was to own all inventory and supply chain decisions: reorder levels, safety stock, vendor selection, and shipment scheduling — while monitoring financial performance.
